This service provides a remote one (1) hour technical or training appointment with a Certified Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product/service required.

One-on-one training and technical assistance is delivered combining telephone and remote screen sharing technologies for optimal communications and effect.
Training support covers mainstream commercial and productivity software products, such as: MS Office, Windows 7, Social Networking.
Remote technical appointments typically perform and support activities such as: Device set-up and configuration; wireless network configuration; browser configuration and customization.

24/7 Post training / service support is available for 72 hours following service delivery via on-line chat.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (EST). Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

This service is intended to provide one-on-one, direct L1 assistance to end user customers. It is not intended/eligible to provide L2 instruction/assistance to IT professionals providing commercial business IT services.
