3D DNR is a frame buffering and averaging technology that identifies and digitally filters out unwanted noise in the video signal without sacrificing picture detail. It allows your player to produce an image that is much closer to the film original.

4-Power Picture Zoom
One of the more popular DVD convenience options, this feature is included on all Toshiba models. Picture Zoom offers four different levels of zoom or magnification, and provides an on-screen display indicating the location of the zoomed portion of the picture and its magnification. It allows you to minimize or eliminate letterbox "black bars," or focus in on a specific portion of the picture.

- MP3: MPEG Audio Layer 3 is a digital compression format that can compress regular music tracks onto a CD-R. With MP3 compression, one CD-R disc can store up to 100 music tracks on a single disc2 This gives you the ability to store an immense number and variety of MP3 music tracks onto one CD-R.
Thanks to this feature, you can use your Toshiba DVD player to play a variety of recording formats.

Custom Picture Settings
Different types of movies (e.g. animation or computer-assisted) require different TV picture adjustments. The Custom Picture Settings feature offers five separate picture settings to compensate digitally for these differences, and eliminates the need to continually re-adjust your television's settings.

Play Exchange
This feature allows your player to exchange up to four discs while in the play mode. With Play Exchange, there is no need to stop the player in order to remove or insert additional discs.
