	Position Description

Reporting to the Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing claims from reseller partners for pricing and rebate programs, auditing and analyzing rebate claims and ensuring the timely payment of funds. In addition, you will be providing customer service support to reseller partners. You will also work with the team to further automate processes using Oracle.

	Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous related work experience coupled with a related degree. You will have the ability to analyze data with accuracy, and strong customer service focus. You will possess strong interpersonal and organizational and MS office skills. You will be detail oriented, have a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload. Experience with Oracle, and Discoverer Reports is a definite plus. The candidate should be eager, self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, and results driven.
