sales - Segment Manager – Logistic / Manufacturing / Retail (LMR)

Toshiba Business Solutions is looking for a Segment Manager ultimately responsible for leading strategy development, execution and growth of sales in the Logistic/Manufacturing/Retail (LMR) segment of the market. Identify and introduce new products specific to LMR, provide pre-sales support and expert level knowledge of printing and workflow pain points in the LMR segment.
• Identify customer needs and defendable action plan for becoming the customer's first and best choice for satisfying their printing and workflow needs.
• Work collaboratively to drive new solutions to market for LMR TBS Sales and Account Management teams.
• Experience either directly or in a matrix organization driving revenue and profitability through a specific business unit or set of products
• Execute go-to-market and routes-to-market plans that have clear and measurable ROI models
• He / She is THE in-house expert and advocate for LMR segment. Be the champion of the customer issues/needs throughout the entire sales process.
• Execute go-to-market and routes-to-market plans that have clear and measurable ROI models
• Understands the key drivers and needs for printing and workflow in the LMR market segment better than anyone
• Regularly analyzes, interprets and applies industry, market, customer and competitive data to create effective business propositions and plans
• Forecasts future trends and opportunities. Provides analysis of Segment Business Performance to identify potential changes to strategy or tactics


•  Post-secondary graduate or equivalent experience.
•  Requires a minimum of 5 years of advanced selling assignments, worked with complex sales and comfortable communicating with C-level prospects/customers.
• Proven strategic thinking skills
• Proven in effectively defining  and executing the overall marketing and business development strategic initiatives for new business
• Strong management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset
• Superior reasoning skills and sound business judgment to influence decision-making and effectively interface with executive management
•  Ability and willingness to travel
