Administration - Branch Administrator

Description:

Working from our Red Deer Office, Toshiba Business Solutions requires a Branch Administrator reporting to the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to our Sales and Service teams including general administrative office duties, lease approvals, and processing invoices

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
  • Prospect sales leads via phone
  • Answer, direct and relay telephone calls, messages and fax messages
  • Pick up and distribute the mail
  • Arrange courier services - incoming and outgoing
  • Order business cards 
  • Arrangement of equipment delivery for the service and sales organization
  • Coordination of ordering of supplies and equipments
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
  • Respond to clients and visitors' inquiries
  • Maintain spreadsheets and word documents 
  • Assist in the coordination of repairs and maintenance around the office as required
  • Perform other duties as directed
  • Hours of work will be 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday



Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 3 years of administration experience, preferably in a sales and service organization within the computer or office products environment
  • Completion of Degree or Diploma
  • Ability to prospect sales leads for the Branch
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment with sensitive timelines
